Corrupted Blood<\/em> est un documentaire exp\\u00e9rimental centr\\u00e9 autour d\\u2019une \\u00e9pid\\u00e9mie virtuelle survenue en 2005 dans World of Warcraft. Cette \\u00e9pid\\u00e9mie, d\\u00e9clench\\u00e9e par un bug qui a permis \\u00e0 un virus de se propager au-del\\u00e0 de sa zone pr\\u00e9vue, a rapidement touch\\u00e9 des milliers de joueur\\u00b7euse\\u00b7s, perturbant profond\\u00e9ment les environnements du jeu.<\/p>

Le film associe des t\\u00e9moignages de joueur\\u00b7euse\\u00b7s, collect\\u00e9s sur des forums et des fils de discussion, \\u00e0 des mod\\u00e8les 3D extraits directement du jeu et transform\\u00e9s : les avatars contamin\\u00e9s deviennent des corps alourdis par des alt\\u00e9rations visibles, rendant tangibles les effets d\\u2019un ph\\u00e9nom\\u00e8ne invisible.
