"Between authenticity and performance, Elouan Le Bars’s work explores how we stage ourselves, the roles we take on and the images we project. It examines how social and professional expectations shape our words and attitudes, sometimes making the boundary between spontaneity and self-presentation difficult to discern.

In PEAK PERFORMANCE, seven friends play themselves and discuss their relationship to work within a constantly changing space, somewhere between a meeting room and an exhibition space. Subverting the conventions of corporate games and team-building exercises, this documentary tale blurs the boundaries between lived experience and performed roles."
